Instructor Development Course

PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors are the most sought-after dive professionals in the world because they have completed the program that sets the standard for dive professional training.

The PADI Instructor Development Course is a gateway to the most extraordinary life as a dive instructor!

At Takata Experience, we are thrilled to offer a unique IDC program with an ecological focus, taught by award-winning PADI course directors from the GoPro family and marine biologists from our research center. Join us for the greatest dive adventure of your life!

Our team of IDC instructors are experienced divers with extensive experience and have created a program that will ensure both an enjoyable learning journey and success on your exams.

We also offer a Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) program for those who want to expand their knowledge and skills after the IDC. If you decide to do this, once you finish your 5 specialties, we offer an internship where you can attend classes with our instructors and also join some of the many eco-programs run by our Research Center.

The PADI Instructor Development Course is diverse and interesting, with a mix of classroom knowledge development sessions, practical assessments and workshops to help you develop the skills to run all PADI core courses as a new instructor.

After your training, you’ll be able to organize and present information, conduct skill development sessions and control open water dives. Your presentation skills will improve, and you’ll master your student demonstration skills while learning to always ensure the safety of student divers.
